- Autem Software's digital oscilloscope finds intermittent problems on any PLC system.

- Profitrace's Profibus Combi Analyzer is a diagnostic tool that allows Engineers to analyze and troubleshoot the complete Profibus network using a single device. Typical failures such as noise, reflections, voltage drops, termination problems, double addresses, wire breaks and configuration faults are easily identified. Random errors such as overshoots, error telegrams, repeats and diagnostics can also be captured and logged. The result is that it pinpoints problems quicker reducing service time and costs.

Service calls during normal business hours.

Sometimes minor changes are desired, but they can be addressed during a typical business day or even a scheduled plant shut down. In these cases, we will schedule a convenient time and send an Engineer to make the changes. We offer service solutions on any type of specialty production or CNC machine.
